The large and very decorative circular railway or tram system mirror, nearing five feet in diameter, having an elliptical iron frame extending below the mirror edge, with wonderfully aged original glass, foxed and worn, to a red and white painted signalling frame and integral mount to the reverse, the whole surviving from the third quarter of twentieth century eastern Europe.
The mirror is in useable order with distress to the plate and paintwork making it very decorative. Please refer to the photographs for a full visual reference. It has not been overpainted or meddled with in any form.
This type of mirror would originally be found on railways in Eastern Europe, such as the tram systems in Prague.
A giant of a focal point for a large room or indeed out in the garden.
