The nest of two brass and glass occasional tables, each consisting of three parts, the brass frames with reeded legs and knopped feet to square stretchers, lift out inset borders and thick clear glass tops, and surviving from the third quarter of twentieth century France.

The wholes are both in three parts, being the lift out surrounds, glass and bases. Each has the expected tarnished wear and small scratches to the glass. We have not cleaned the brass.

These sorts of nesting tables were populised in this period by the likes of Maison Jansen Bagues, with this type of furniture being broadly labelled as Hollywood Regency.

A stylish and sexy pair for everyday or occasional use.
